We can ship to nearly any address in the USA. See below for international shipping.

We strive to ship all orders within 5-7 days in most cases. Please be aware that sometimes a delay may occur. If you have a specific date by which you need your item, please contact us to confirm shipping times. We are usually able to accommodate most requests.

Some items, like clothing, may take up to 2 weeks to ship, depending on your order. Please feel free to contact me so you can agree on shipping dates. Orders cannot be canceled since we place the order with our vendor at the time you place the order.

We strive to ship quickly; please note that some orders will require proof and your approval before they can be finalized and shipped. Your prompt reply will help us ship your order within the promised time frame.  

Shipping information: We offer flat-rate shipping; items will be shipped using the best and most timely method. While we agree to use reasonable efforts to meet the shipping and delivery dates provided online we shall not be responsible for any delays in shipments. Weather delays and other delays caused by the carrier of the packages is not the responsibility of A Dog’s Life Embroidery. When shipping larger orders, A Dog’s Life Embroidery may choose to have a signature confirmation at the time of delivery.
